Recently biker ring has came up as a really controversial topic upon the community. If you're a biker then you probably heard about this a few times among fellow bikers. But what's the deal with biker rings that everyone is talking about it? I've read a lot about this whole topic so in this article I will show you both sides of the coin.
The "Absolutely not necessary"
Just like the title suggested, this group think that wearing jewelry in general and ring in particular is absolutely not necessary. The reason for that thought is maybe because they think jewelry is "girly". It's not suitable for the image of the biker community which is really understandable. The biker community has always been known as a tough, masculine, "man among man" group of people. As such they don't need to do anything to prove that fact because everyone knows it already.
The "no big deal, everyone has their preferences"
This group is basically neutral: they're not against it nor welcome it. They're not too harsh on this whole jewelry debate. Just like anything else in life, everyone is welcome to do whatever they feel like doing and no one has the rights to stop them. And this whole biker rings/jewelries is no difference. If someone want to wear it, let them enjoy it, why criticize them? If someone is against it then let them voice their opinions and move on, no need to fuel the fire at all. This is the most kind group to deal with so if you're one then we thank you for your understanding.
The "i want to express myself, what's the big deal?"
Well, there goes the last group. They're the biker ring enthusiasts. They love to rock it with their outfits and have no shame to show it off. I mean does anyone don't love these?
They look so awesome that if I have a chance to get one, I'm probably going to buy one without hesitant. Anyway, this group reason is that they want to express themselves and ring is one way to do it. It also compliment the "biker look" as well so it's kind of the best of both world.
Conclusion
What do you think? As you can see, there is no right or wrong in this whole debate. Everyone has their own reasons and everything is understandable. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is you alone. Just go with what you love and leave everyone else opinions behind.
